“The best thing about a picture is that it never changes, even when the people in it do.”
– Andy Warhol
Welcome to my photo blog. This is not my portfolio, only shots of everyday life. Mostly shot with Canon 5D series camera and Carl Zeiss lenses. For street photography I also use my Fuji X100 a lot.
1977 models Kenwood KT-5300 and Kenwood KA-5500:
Bought this classic set of Radio / FM reciver KT-5300 and integrated amplifer KA-5500. The sound is absolute outstanding. A little on the warm side and I think they will work great with some old Klipsch Heritage loudspeakers. This set is from 1977 and have seen little use as the original owner had taken good care of it. All original service manuals followed too.
Klipsch Chorus II with complete Crites upgrade :
Sonus Faber Cremona Auditor :
Took some pictures of my new loudspeakers, Sonus Faber Cremona Auditor. Sonus Faber is high quality handmade speakers from Italy. Franco Serblin founded Sonus Faber company in 1980 and is well known for good and expensive highend loudspeakers. This is the second time I own a pair of Sonus Faber speakers. Shot with Carl Zeiss Distagon 2/35 ZE lens.
Hell yeah. Getting rid of Windows 8 on the new laptop. Windows 8 has been crap on this thing from day one. Linux Mint 17 is running smooth and quiet. No problems and a lot faster. Wifi and all is rock solid. Shot with Fuji X100 and a happy face 🙂
Some pictures from my Fuji X100 memorycard last days :
Fujifilm X100 @ f2 so a little soft, but I really like the lens on this camera wide open anyway.
Fujifilm X100 in macro mode and @ f2, very soft.
A friend and he’s new bike, a Suzuki GSR 600. Shot with Carl Zeiss Distagon 2/35 ZE and Canon 5D mk III. It was too dark so very difficult to focus manually. We are going to take a second shoot starting earlier in the evening.
